For over 35 years, Air-Tite has been synonymous with QUALITY WINDOW, VINYL SIDING, & DOOR REPLACEMENT in the Chicagoland area!
AIR-TITE has included over 35 years of experience and know-how into providing you with one resource that assists you in making a purchase that will provide safety, profit and enjoyment for you family and home for years to come.

AIR-TITE'S Philosophy began with its founder, Louis P. Maschio Sr. In his youth, Maschio set out with his tools and a used but clean pick-up truck and began installing replacement windows as a passion and 2nd job. That was over 35 years ago.
Due to the quality and dependability that the family business still holds dear to today, and through word-of-mouth, Maschio Sr's part-time business grew by leaps and bounds until he was able to quit his regular job.
Louis P. Maschio Sr. fell into his vocation naturally, as a result of growing up with brothers who were carpenters and homebuilders.
"We were a large family of five brothers and three sisters" he says.
Maschio Sr. grew up around Taylor Street & Oakley Blvd on the west end of Chicago's historic little Italy neighborhood. Maschio lived next-door to the late 25th ward alderman Vito Marzullo, attended St. Callistus grammar school, and was active and a Catholic Youth Organization.
These days, Louis P. Maschio's family has been running the business for over a decade, with the same passion and philosophy that their father instilled into their work ethic.
Although now retired, Maschio is still active advising them, and guiding them in the same philosophy that helped create the impeccable reputation that Air-Tite has been known for years!
"Keeping our WORD with our customers, is the most important goal we have" he says.
As a policy, every customer is either visited by one of the owners, or a "quality control" foreman on site to make sure everything is going well and to solidify our relationship with our customers.
Air-tite, has even passed inspection with US Navy Corps of Engineers when the company installed over 4000 Replacement Windows and 800 replacement doors at the Great Lakes Naval Base back in the 1990's!
As a testimony to AIR-TITE'S reputation, AIR-TITE is also chosen as top in the industry installing many replacement windows and sliding patio doors in numerous condominium projects. Not only in historical villages such as Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Lagrange, and Lemont Il...but also all over the Chicagoland area!
